Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before July 7, 2023, will entitle you to a full refund.  Cancellations received July 8-18, 2023 are subject to a $100 administration fee.  NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after July 18, 2023.   ALL refund requests must be in writing and submitted to ICBA/NM, 1501 San Juan Blvd., Ste. 201, Farmington, NM  87401.  Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged up to and including the opening day of the conference.
