Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2023 will entitle you to a full refund. Cancellations received from September 1st through September 7th are subject to a $100 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after September 7, 2023. ALL refund requests must be in writing and submitted to: ICBA/NM, 1501 San Juan Blvd., Ste. 201, Farmington, NM 87401. Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged up to and including the opening day of the conference.
