     2:30 - 4:00 p.m.     ICBA/NM Annual Business Meeting
     5:30 - 7:00 p.m.     Past Chairmen's Reception

Saturday
     8:00 a.m.               Golf Tournament (Shot Gun Start)

Hotel Information
ICBA/NM has a block of rooms at MCM Elegante Lodge & Resort.  To receive the discount rate of $159 (double Queen) or $169 (King)  per night plus tax, reservations must be made by July 8, 2020. To make reservations, call the hotel at (575) 258-5500 and mention ICBA/NM to receive the discount.

If you have any difficulty getting a room reservation, please contact our office. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before July 16, 2020, will entitle you to a full refund.  Cancellations received July 17-22, 2020 are subject to a $100 administration fee.  NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after July 22, 2020.   ALL refund requests must be in writing and submitted to ICBA/NM, PO Box 1810, Aztec, NM  87410.  Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged up to and including the opening day of the conference.
