Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before July 5, 2024, will entitle you to a full refund. Cancellations received July 6-19, 2024 are subject to a $100 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after July 19, 2024. ALL refund requests must be in writing and submitted to ICBA/NM, 1501 San Juan Blvd., Ste. 201, Farmington, NM 87401. Substitutions are welcomed and encouraged up to and including the opening day of the conference.
